Our products are digital PDF ebooks or digital download products. Once the ebook file, download link, or access has been delivered, refunds are generally not accepted

Payment completed but product not delivered

3. When Refund Will Not Be Accepted

The customer shared, copied, or misused the product
The customer purchased the wrong product without checking the description
